What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
Quartz/Silica: 20–50 tonnes · Coal/Coke: 500–1,000 tonnes · Ferro Alloys: 20–50 tonnes · Chemicals: 25–100 tonnes. Trial orders available on request.
What payment terms are offered?
Letter of Credit (L/C), Advance Payment (T/T), Cash Against Documents (CAD), and Open Account for established customers with credit approval.
Typical delivery time?
India domestic: 5–10 days · UAE/GCC: 7–14 days · International sea freight: 2–4 weeks · Air freight: 3–5 days.
Are products certified?
Yes — COA with every shipment, third-party inspection reports (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas), ISO 9001:2015, and MSDS/SDS for all chemicals.
